This sinew backed eastern red cedar bow is nothing short than fun and beautiful. This bow is Native American Wintu style and pulls 41# @ 21″. Because the bow is sinew backed, it can be drawn to 22″. If you are looking for a smooth draw bow that exhibits speed and power, this is the perfect fit for you! The back of the stave was carefully established and backed with 3 layers of sinew mixed with 100% natural animal hide glue. I never use titebond hide glue, as it will turn to liquid with hot and humid temperatures. The tips are recurved and the limbs are well balanced. The handle is wrapped with smoked brain tanned leather and the string is made with red and yellow fast flight. A traditional Wintu paint pattern is painted on the back.
